What is the housing market like? I want to move out of the Vancouver area, my Wife does as well, but we are worried about work as we would want to go right back into owning after we sell our current place.

Good thing about the jets moving back. Watch the jets play instead of the leafs for the early game while having supper, then watch the Canucks after in the late game.

Does anybody drive a newer SUV? I'm looking to get one. Hyundai Tucson, GMC Terrian, Honda CRV, Toyota RAV 4, Nissan Rogue. Acura RDX and BMW X3 are also on my list but i'd prefer buying from a Brandon dealership so I don't have to drive to WPG for maintenance.

I test drove the 1.6T ultimate yesterday. It was nice, didn't wow me or anything even though it was fully loaded but i've always been a car guy.
