I really have considered a truck because you can cover the back and pull a trailer or something in the future but it will be the car my fiancee drives most of the time and I will use the Jetta for work. I may go test drive one for fun though haha.

I just made the final payment on my 1989 Geo (with tinted windows, naugahyde seat covers and fuschia racing stripe). Chicks LOVE it . I would still like to see them bring back the classic hotty magnet that was the Gremlin (what a wonderful hoagie-esque vehicle - I lost my virginity and manhood at the same time). Truly a marvel of modern vehicle technology

I'd always take the route of quality used vs new sticker prices.
Why waste that money i say. If a vehicle is crap & needs a warranty i walk away.
Warranties r a way of scamming u to buy n waste money.
Domestic vehicles r junk over all IMO
Save many thousands of dollars anyday vs buying new.

My 1st car in 1976 was a '68 AMC Javelin with 49k miles.
Best car i ever owned & nothing broke down.
In the day all others were rust buckets but AMC was top shelf in that way.

I'm really liking these super slow motion replays for women's rugby, something about a female athletic body

Does anybody drive a newer SUV? I'm looking to get one. Hyundai Tucson, GMC Terrian, Honda CRV, Toyota RAV 4, Nissan Rogue. Acura RDX and BMW X3 are also on my list but i'd prefer buying from a Brandon dealership so I don't have to drive to WPG for maintenance.

Just catching up, I own a 16 Nissan Rogue SL-AWD and love it, I have rented quite recently because I travel the country for work...Toyota Rav 4, Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, Jeep Grand Cherokee and was underwhelmed. Just rented a BMW X5 and absolutely loved it. Had it for two weeks travel through Ontario from Niagara Falls to PeTawawa and back, but I could never afford to but one.

Same here affording an X5 n why I searched hard n long for a used model i wanted. $17k 2003 4.6L is what i settled on 7yrs ago & driving it is fantastic.

$50k savings off the sticker price for a 7yr old vehicle.

Its silver & wanted either gun metal grey or blue was hard to find the model i wanted unless looked n bought on ebay which i did not want to risk.

Audi Q5 tdi. Best car I've ever had. Had an Acura MDX and really liked it, but Rdx is a bit small for me. If the size is right, Rdx is a good option, as much cheaper than q5.

What was the SantaFe like? did it have the 2.0 turbo? (I think some come with the 2.4)

There's a 14 Q5 a car salesman friend has. I think it's just a tad small for truck space. RDX is the oneI want. It is just a bit more then I want to spend on a new one though and No acura dealership in Brandon unless honda will order me one.

I test drove the 2.5L Rogue and wasn't overly impressed. Anybody have a Kia?

My father still has his 1976 GMC street van. Put a 4 barrel carb and headers on it. Never had to fix the thing. Over 600,000 km. Rusted to (frank) now though.

I actually like driving it more than I thought I would. I love how it has room for the stroller and other crap you need when taking the kids out.

Us too. It's great for hauling the kid around in, and kills it in the snow. It's boring though, which is fine with me, I've never been a car guy.
