Only time will tell, but I suspect the Gudbranson deal may be a big win for us. |

Sometimes great players don't make great coaches - manvanfan
I get this sentiment, but Roy did his time in the Q and dominated it pretty thoroughly as a coach. Next coach of the habs? |

I haven't heard anything negative from the media. This forum is not a good sample of the fan base |

It isn't so bad in the summer when all the regular personalities go on vacation... I don't want to say reporters or journalists because it isn't news, just their attempt at entertainment.

Cue the Travis Green to Avalanche Rumors - Codes1087
Hmmm. Or will they want an experienced NHL coach.
Who is still available? Mike Yeo??

Crow, Green are two more, not many! Crow back to the Avs does make some sense, Sakic knows him well I'm sure. |

Crow is the assistant to Boucher in Ottawa, doubt he leaves before the season even starts. I cant really think of many options off the top of my head though
EDIT: I came up with a few:
Ted Nolan did some good things in BUF and Latvia, could be the jolt for the underperforming Avs
Paul Maclean
Adam Oates
Dave Lewis?
Bob Hartley
Not sure if John Stevens wishes to leave LA but another contender perhaps? |

Yes Carol hotel business is very tough. On the bright side if things go south for them maybe will see them on an episode of Gordon Ramsays Hotel Hell |

Thinking about the Av's situation. I would try to get Edler to waive and offer him up for Jost. Jost looks like he could be that 1C we need, and we really don't need Edler. yes he makes us more competitive right now as he is still our best offensive defenseman, but I think by years end Hutton/Tryamkin could prove to be good options in our top 4 LD. Edler is also the player Avs need to compete now as they are 1 solid LD away from being a serious competitor with the right coach as well. |

Jost is a coin flip, it would be a poor trade. Edler in a package for a Landeskog or Duchene makes sense. |

For some reason I can't quote.
We would need to add something like Horvat to get Duchene(and maybe something with him). Boeser is also a coin flip, but still has a ton of value. Jost looks like he will be very solid in the NHl one day. I also like that he will develop along side Boeser. Convince both to join Utica after this upcoming season. |
