Things spiral out of control when it comes to these sort of things. Right now its just 1 dude saying something in the middle of august. Give it some time to see if main TSN picks this up.

Rishaug is really a no body on TSN when it comes to these sort of things, just a local beat reporter for TSN covering the Oilers. Unless it comes from Bobby Margarita from TSN, I wouldnt read too much into it either way.

Gene is weird, Staples is worse though, some of those edmonton local guys need to stick to their own team, they shoot their mouths off too much (I could of murdered staples with all his Barrie talk this summer)

Agreed, but only reasons I was bring up quality of these guys is that no one has a hot clue what and who vesey is going to talk to/decide. If the local coverage of the teams on the short list don't have solid info, local guys for Canadian teams not on the list for sure aren't going to have a clue.
