I dont know where this full season stuff is coming from. Bylsma confirmed its an ankle injury, thats not a full season injury.

I know. I totally saw this coming. Once the Bills lost those first two games people were clamoring for hockey season and I was like "Yeah, just wait for the Eichel lower body injury".

If it's Achilles its the year if its high ankle sprain its half the year. Either way the seasons over

I have plenty. But knowing hockey games don't mean crap again really ruins sports for me

It looks bad, but from my own personal experience, I bent my knee completely sideways once roller blading and had no structural damage. (Got my foot caught in some gravel as I tried to turn, body went one way, leg went the other). Once I got over the initial pain when it happened, I was ok for the most part. It was very stiff and sore for a few weeks but overall, I was fine.

Let's hope that's the case here. I won't hold my breath, but it is possible.

My first thought was something that just happened to me, too. My daughter jumped on my back while I was kneeling...my knee bent almost 90 degrees sideaways and I heard a very loud and scary pop. Hurt like hell for a week, got an mri and no damage at all. 3 weeks later no symptoms, and I'm 48 years old.

Still, though. Fudge!

I'm going to the game Sunday. Should be interesting to see what happens. I just hope the over the top fans don't do something incredibly stupid to bring more negative attention to the piss poor behavior at the games here.

When my sister-in-law was in pre-med, I guess that was the running joke whenever Lupus was talked about. I haven't watched enough episodes of the show to notice, but apparently it has never been an actual diagnosis.

I believe recovery time is 6-8 weeks if it is a High sprain.
