Didn't Hutton get beat stick side both times? If anything the goaltending has exceeded expectations so far. A lot of people were unhappy with the Hutton signing and were wanting to keep Elliott or Nilsson.
I think the goalie coaches and Brodeur know what they are doing. - fattyboubatty
I am thinking so.
Watching the Rangers vs San Jose. Wouldn't you know it the Rangers are get hosed on the officiating? Krieder looks really good again, as does Burns. Thorton looks old and slow. |

5 on three Rangers almost score and Burns tackles Nash then slashes his stick in half and the Sharks go the other way and shockingly they score.
Officiating in this league is a joke. |

Getting beat and getting beat for a goal are two different but similar things. |

This is good for a laugh, from Jeff Gordon's notes in the PD today:
"If a report from Sportfact.ru is accurate, exiled Blues forward Vladimir Sobotka is earning the fourth-highest salary in the KHL this season at $3 million from Avangard Omsk."

This is getting old. I find a site to look up things like cap and fancy stats and poof it disappears the enxt day.
It looks like hockeysfuture.com is no longer running, in that there have been no updates since the summer. |

Per the post of the KHL guys I follow on twitter, Sobtoka is indeed 4th in salary. |

I can believe that, they decreased salaries when the ruble went down and the only big name NHL player I can think of playing over there is Kovalchuck, Radulov moved back over |

Yep, it shut down this summer.
For cap stuff, I've started using capfriendly.com |
