That's reasonable, what's wrong with that price? If he doesn't work out I'm sure that another team would take a chance on him.

Its fairly reasonable, it definitely isnt outrageous. Dumba, Ryan Murray and Ceci are on similar contracts, but they had a bigger body of work behind it. I am just not sure what we have yet with him, so that cap hit was a little shocking at first. It could be a bargain or it might not be. Its not a big deal, just not sure how I feel about it yet |

$2.8MM is pretty reasonable I think. The Canucks still control his rights at the end as well. Perhaps Buffalo wanted him signed before they send us Kane? |

Hutton would have had arbitration rights this Summer as well, so that likely drove up the number a bit |

It's a good deal, and I am not the biggest Hutton fan. Hopefully he lives up to the hype and the top-4 minutes eventually make him a top-4 guy. |

I am not saying it isnt reasonable, I just think unlike Murray or Ceci we are less sure what we have in Hutton. Oh well, he costs less than Sbisa so JB has more in the vault for Gudbranson |
