He's pretty old school to eh? Him and Benning could actually be a decent pairing. Plus he is 6 years younger then WD

Might want to read up on him first. Maybe not a stellar coach at the NHL yet but certainly has done very well with a lot of teams. A lot better then WD for sure.

No one ever thought Justin Schultz would be a cup winner either.
Maybe these players won't be around when the team is contending again but by getting into and experiencing playoffs it can increase the players value when they are moved for a different asset.
Or should we start getting rid of the young players now as some don't seem to think any of them will be cup winners?

if you noticed in recent months Ive posted questions as to who there is to employ for coach. There are some out there people have mentioned, such as ralph Krueger, mactavish, now theres gallant (not that Id call him top 10 exactly)....
