My team outside of Brady and McCoy took a poop. And even Brady wasn't great, only 20.56 points on a prediction of 19.30. Even my bench sucked, except for Ajayi, but that would still put me 20 points back, and when I averaged 100 a week and destroyed the rest of the league on average by about 15 points a week. That's a lot of ground to make up. I mean unless Dez Bryant gets 30 points in the 2nd half, without PPR, I can win. I doubt that happens though.

Free league so I'm not too broken up about it.

I think his calling is a Jordan Nolan it's not a bad thing but when your a first round pick its irritating for me but we didn't draft him

It's shocking because they've made the playoffs after bottoming out and rebuilding with top 3 picks, and now they're back at the bottom. This can happen to us if we're not careful and guys could want to jet to other cities. I think we can bottom out this year, grab one more top 3 pick, and then come into next year with hopefully Nylander, Guhle, and (God willing) Liljegren and shot for 10 years worth of playoff runs.

Landeskog was a 2nd overall too drafted 3 years before Sam and is scoring at .18 ppg less than Sam who was without the best player on the team for 20 of the 33 games. No, I would not trade Reinhart for Landeskog straight up.

Yes, but like I said, I'm thinking long term. Liljegren may have a bad year or two but he will be damn good and we really need another top pair guy. I'd rather bit the bullet this year, bottom out and hopefully grab him, rather than spend the next 5 years trying to figure out who will be Risto's partner. Let's face it, we're not getting Shattenkirk or any top pair defenseman in the next few years via UFA. McCabe and Guhle still have a lot of growing, but are they top pair material? Liljegren is projected top pair and we can have him for free just by not pulling that B.S. move of racing to 9th places over the next few months.

We can't score, we're almost at the very bottom of the league now, and our defense is a joke outside of Risto and McCabe. Do what's right for the long term success and grab another top 3 pick.

I don't know that that is the best for long term success, losing breeds losing and it takes a long time to break out of it. Look at the Bengals, it took them like 6 years to finally return to respectability. The Oilers are at 10. The Sabres have been losing(bottom of the league, not 10th in the conference) for 4 years now. You need to pull out of it before your players get too used to it.

Landeskog has been in NHL for six years and has had 5 20 goal Seasons out of 6 (i think) and quietly gets to 50-60 points every year and a beast with the puck and you wouldn't trade

But Sam is on pace for about 17 goals right now, but he's scored more since Jack has been back. I think he hits 20 again.
