No false illusions, we have a high end AHL team. It's refreshing to watch the young guys contribute, time for the high price mentors to go.

If Nucks are AHL what do you call Isles, Avs, Yotes, Jets, Wings, Sabers, Devils, Canes and Laffs? Plus Stars, Kings, Panthers and Bolts are all floundering down there too. They all seem to be in the same boat with Canucks of NOT good.

Those stars aren't retiring or getting traded. But their ice time can be cut. Insert some of the untested youngish guys for some possible finish to chances.

As mentioned earlier today and previously some good looking players in the 6-20 range.
Hague, Foote, Tippett, Popuguaev and 2 kids I am following in Tri-city, Rasmussen & Morgan Geekie looks like a nice player, he has had some nice goals driving to the net, could be a steal in the 2nd and a Centre.

Seeing how sad looking our top paid players look we should be hoping for a top ten pick. They are slow useless and the more you see of them the more pissed you get . Just say no to playoffs

I have no aspirations of playoffs, but I will not cheer for my team to lose. I have been cheering for them since 1970 when I was 5 so I am used.of the losing end.
We definitely need some more prospects on the high end side. Benning.will.get us there.

They all seem pretty close and can fill different needs. JB will figure it out. Would be nice if he goes for one of them that has size and speed.

I think it's going to be the opposite

Canucks are not targeting other teams expensive trades. They will move some players but they will be sellers not buyers.
