I saw it. They are still winning more games with him on the third line. I don't just factor in a 7 game stretch. It's about last season when they played together has as well. As I said, I never said he absolutely couldn't play with Eichel. I'm saying that both guys play better when they aren't together. And you can say that with just about every "top 6" forward on this roster. The stats say it. The record says it (again including last year), and even the vaunted "eye test" says it.

You're not wrong in that there is a hole in this top 6. However, moving Kane up there, especially with the way he's playing now is robbing Peter to feed Paul, and using the money to buy peanuts while Paul has a peanut allergy.
