Everything sold at the arena is piss poor, especially when you take into account the highway robbery they get away with in terms of pricing. ($5 for a 20 oz bottle of water is a freaking joke).

Not to mention that I've had my seasons for 8 years and this is the first year I've had to sit in my seat with my coat, hat and gloves on so I'm not freezing to death. It's brutal.

Yes concessions there are brutal and just not good. I was at the canisius game at Harborcenter last night and 716 runs the concessions. Friendlier, cheaper, better all the way around for your dollar.

As far as it being cold, Buffalo was known for less than stellar ice when TP took over so they lowered the indoor temp in the building for that reason.

The handful of times I've ever gotten them from there it was like the chicken fingers were cooked easily an hour or more before they opened the arena up and placed under warming lights. They were barely warm and rubbery as poop. The fries were also not what I would consider "warm"
