I am in Jochfr's town (for work) as I type this. First time in Nashville. Nice city and the weather is great compared with where I live.
Regarding Zadorov, he is the one guy that I wish we still had. I love ROR and the trade to get ROR here but I thought Risto and him were going to be a tandem for 10 years. Hopefully he pans out in Colorado. |

I haven't paid much attention to how Zadorov has done since he was traded, but it's been a year and a half and his name doesn't get mentioned much, so my guess overall is that he's played kinda "meh" |

I'm not sure you know what cherry picking is... I didn't pick starts like Iginla and Sharp because:
1. They're actual stars in an off year
2. Their TOTAL pay per year is affected by a long-term contract.
E.g. Not comparable - samike007
did you also believe that Eichel was terrible and useless during the months of october and november? ? |

He's a good player. Sabres better keep their heads up through the neutral zone. Risto vs big Z fight tonight? A man can dream |

If you did pay attention he's far from "meh" lol. He spent last season in the AHL which was exactly what he needed. Dominated that league. Started the year slow but steady and now he's the top D for the Avs. Playing very well, hitting and starting to show a bit of offense. He's still very young and growing. I'm pretty sure you'll be hearing his name a ton for years to come |

From last blog
I hate to say it, but one of the best things that happened to the Sabres was a non-producer, Johan Larsson going down.
Foligno should be benched immediately... it would also have a positive effect. Leave the game for people who care and hustle (Bailey, Rodriquez).
And hell, Nic Deslauriers can take a seat, too. - samike007
Foligno is the#4 scorer on the team even strength. He is not the problem.
The problem is here:

he's so good that Colorado is at the bottom of the league....
Listen, I'm glad he seems to be progressing to some degree. Overall, the Sabres are probably better off with O'Reilly than they would be with Zadorov, and that's saying something since our blueline is currently ATROCIOUS. |

Well, just for yucks:
Zadarov: 53GP 0G 10A 10Pts -18+/-
and
Franson 51GP 3G 13A 16Pts -1+/-
But I spell Stamkos with 8 letters. |

If Jim Corsi isn't involved, it isn't legit. |
