Never hurts the confidence when a HOF like Potvin notices your potential. I know we could all argue the trade and how it does not make sense NOW but something had to give and Kulikov was much better in FL and never lived up to his potential here.

highly doubt Carolina parts with hanifin...not sure what they can pull of this off season, but i'm looking for one solid defenseman to add to the top-six...it might be too much to ask but i'm also planning on guhle being in Buffalo next season

He looked good during that emergency call up in the middle of the year. I hope that isn't too much pressure as well, but I agree somehow Gorgio, Kuli and Frans need to be gone and replaced if we want a legitimate chance next season.
