There are two types I get, an epidural, yes, that kind, except it's steroids, not a nerve block. Which hurts like a mofo because he's got to jam the needle in really far. And the ones I got today which are a lot easier. They're just steroids on the little facet joints on the vertebrae. Doesn't have to jam the needle quite so far. I'm a lot more sore after the fact, but I'll take that over d¡cking around with a needle for 5 minutes right next to my spinal cord.
