Dates are always goofy, you're thought was likely 2017-2013 = 4, but 2013 doesn't count because the date was june 30, so that's 3 -- problem is in that scenario you didn't count 2017. Sometimes it's easier to just list them out (which is why i did it, to make sure, not to rub your face in it or anything )
