One thing, Jan; what's your take on that absurd situation when Stepan skated out to Henrik and told him to relax?

Stepan was called out for the game-tying goal, major mistake. The issue on the game-tying goal was Glass not Stepan, unless he and Zucc were to play off the points and drop back. If you watch the highlight, Glass was too low in the zone and allowed the cross ice pass. If he was up a foot or so, which is where he should be, he intercepts or deflects the pass.

Hank must have laughed and told him to worry about his own game, he's so god damn slow and weak, if only he had an off season where he put in the work to be better, he's got to go, I'm guaranteeing he's gonna be a major liability by the time he's 30, he can't turn up ice to out skate anyone, he can't beat any defensman 1 on 1, unless he's in open ice or in front of an open net he sucks, I'm done with him, absolutely done, thanks for the game 7 winner, we didn't win the Cup anyway, sayonara

Honestly, I think Hank recognized that the game had the same feel as game 2 and was trying to wake everyone up. Hell I sensed it after Ottawa's first goal. Hank HAD to of. Then here comes one of our "leaders" and tells him to relax. Hey Derek how about you realize that the best player on the ice is trying to get the team to wake up and say something to the team instead of telling Hank to relax.

Obviously its speculation on my part that thats what was happening.

HC Alain Vigneault: "We had too many guys that just brought an average game."

Despite this we were up 4-3 and after being down 3-2 so they played well enough, it's preperation for that moment, never learning from mistakes and going into shell mode

Money means absolutely nothing this time of year. Its about effort and everyone not putting the effort in should be called out equally. Its Hayes 3rd playoffs and he hasnt shown up same with Miller, same with Krieder this and last year. Dont care about the money.

He's still been a non factor for most of this playoff, I'd go Hayes, Miller, Kreider, Step in that order of most to moderately disappointing

Guy Boucher is very amuzing, not sure if he's trying to be but to honestly try and replicate the Glass effect with Neil, play him 3 minutes while watching him take one of the dumbest penalties (BS 2 minutes) and then claim it was a successful move?

That's AV's style of sitting back to protect the lead, no matter how early in the game it may still be, as it was also here prior to him.
In addition, Hank for his career is now 11-19 in playoff OT games, including a 4-15 record on the road. Hank can't score goals. So "SAFE=DEATH" also is AV's game plan in OT.

Well Nashville knows how to close out a game, maybe when Sutter is here we can one day do the same
