If Fowler is looking for 8/$56 he would be the one I'd move. Not to say he isn't a great player but that is a lot of money.

Toronto or Edmonton would be obvious fits but there are a lot of teams that would be interested.

Buffalo would probably be in the conversation and Kane is the type of power forward Anaheim seems to love.

I'm gonna say player is Cody Franson and Player B is Fowler. The problem with guys who pad their stats on the PP is they aren't really creating offense their team wouldn't get anyway.

The problem with that entire theory is basing it upon that a certain player doesn't control or QB the power play.

We have seen teams full of star studded super stars up front have a terrible PP because they don't have the one player control the line. Which is where the term PP QB came from when it comes to describing defensemen. So to say that team would be getting those goals without said player is a terrible take.
