I really can't thank Jen enough for all of her hard work. She has been one of the most consistent and thought-provoking Writers the site has ever had. I also have had the honor of being able to talk to her and get to know but a great mom and person she is. I have told her if ever she wants to lend an opinion there is always a space for her on my site. And I mean that Jen!
To the rest of you all, thanks so much for continuing to make the Montréal Canadien's community so strong. Since I have had such great luck at finding Montreal writers like Eric and Jen From relative obscurity I have decided to do it again and hold a Montréal Canadiens writer contest. If you're interested send your submissions to and put "canadiens writers job" in the subject. As I have done before, I will post some of the best submissions, and leave it up to you all to help decide.
The spot/spots it's open to anyone with a passion for the game and A love for their team. It could be someone who has experience writing, for someone who has always thought they wanted to cover hockey, but life took them someplace else.
Along with mild compensating, I can assure you that you will be read by many in the organization, management and players alike. And as you have seen in the past, with Eric Engels, sometimes that can lead to a full-time gig somewhere. But only if you put in the time and energy and commitment that this great fantastic fanbases asks for and deserves.
So again, thank you so much Jen for all of your insights and hard work, you will absolutely be missed. And as for the rest of you, get your submissions in and let's try and find our next voice of the Montréal Canadiens for hockeybuzz! |

I am sure James Tanner has time to write for another team. |
