I don't know about WR2 he's just another burner, which is helpful, but we need an Edelman, Amendola, Welker possession guy. - Wetbandit1
He's more than just a downfield threat
As far as the possession receiver goes, the kid we drafted can fill that role imo
Plus Clay if they actually throw him the ball

Anquan Boldin says hi - homiedclown
Agreed. Maclin is a possession receiver. Not fast. Same as Zay Jones, who I've heard nothing about his health since it was reported he injured his knee. Would be a great signing for the Bills and McDermott probably likes him. Played on a 1 year prove it deal with Philly and made a lot of mula.

4.45 is pretty fast, same as Zay Jones. Watkins ran a 4.43 OBJ ran a 4.43. Nope, those guys aren't fast at all. AJ Green might as well give it up at 4.50. Is it Brandin Cooks 4.33? Or Goodwin's 4.27? No, but there are very few guys that can run that fast and actually catch the damn ball.

Maclin runs all the routes
I wouldn't designate him as one particular type receiver

Yes. But they wont do it.
Ekholm has a sweet contract. - sbroads24
Ya i know....but its frustrating because the deal makes so much sense for both teams..Nashville's center depth has been exposed since Johansson went down....and a lack of a partner for Risto was glaring for the Sabres all season. The deal is a no brainer...GMs just need to sit down and do their job hammering out the details

Their biggest problem is that they don't have a replacement for Ekholm
So even though the deal makes sense on the surface, it would leave a big hole
They do have a few young defensemen just about NHL ready,
but no one ready for top4 duty to my knowledge

You're the first person I ever heard describe Maclin as a burner and I'm guessing he came up in conversations and discussions on news and radio a few more times down here than your neck of the woods. Trust me on this. Dude would be a nice complement to Sammy for sure.
I wonder just how high he was when he wrote/recorded this. - Wetbandit1
The Blue Mask, Legendary Hearts, New Sensations and New York. Lou made his best music since the Velvets during the 80s. "Heavenly Arms" from TBM is a personal favorite.
At some point during the decade he sobered up. Probably after writing "The Gun".
