My guess with all these rumors about the Flyers wanting to make a move is that they have a guy they really like that projected to go top 10. They are gauging what it will take to potential move up that high ie trade Schenn with picks and could potentially move up if that player is still available.

I know no matter what I say, I'm gonna be accused of being in love with Schenn but I'm not trying to move up in this draft. If I'm Hextall, I'm using my second overall pick and calling it a day in the first round. We have a damn good top six. No need to divide from it. Improve the bottom six.
