You think Trump asked Dice to do his 80's stand up behind closed doors? - KreiderBomb
I don't know, this isn't a "left or right" opinion
I watched every single episode of Celebrity Apprentice, I have followed Donald Trump on twitter for around 8 years now
I really do not believe the man has a semblance of a sense of humor
I think if Dice did his act for Trump, his best all time stuff, Trump would sit there stone faced |

I'm not even a supporter of Trump the person, I just can't stand how far and out of control the left is, I've said it before, I voted for Obama twice and always been towards the middle but (frank) the left just broke off and sailed away, saying "good morning" is sexist!! |

the summertime cap is 82.5 million and it's more of an issue for Toronto than the actual salary cap will be, because then they could just put Norton and Lupul on IR
Leafs are at $79 million right now and have to sign Connor Brown
if somebody offer sheeted Brown it would be fantastic |

think of how I feel, I voted for McCain and Romney and everytime I mock Trump for something nutty he does I get called a leftist and a snowflake
I used to listen to Mark Levin every single night on WABC radio when I worked until 6pm. He is the only person who I ever heard call people "leftists" on a nearly constant basis. He also used to call people "statists". But I think that word is gone.
But, he used to rip Trump to shreds all the time, especially when he went after his boy Ted Cruz. Now Levin loves Trump.
All people on both sides are full of poop. |

Somebody wrote an article about that the other day, even a $2 mil offer sheet would hurt them right now, I think Bozak or JVR are gone, neither one will be a Leaf this time next summer, I think JVR comes home as well, Shatty touched a lot of hearts |

I would love JVR
I did some research last night and I figured since Rick Nash had joined the Rangers, they are 8-11 in playoff overtimes
I think the only overtime point Nash has gotten in any of those 19 games, several of which went to double overtime, was that assist On Kreider's OT winner in game 4 vs Boston.
Unless there is a miracle and next spring Nash does some incredible stuff, he has come up miniscule when we needed him most.
Desharnais is actually more clutch than Rick Nash |

I think Nash has always given effort but just has never been a "moment" kind of player, he's getting up there and Gorton wants to keep the team young, turning over Nash for JVR and probably a couple of Mil a year works |

one thing that has definitely been a factor if anyone ever wanted to trade for Nash was this final year is actually the most expensive cash wise of Nash's contract
8.2 mil in cash this season, unlike most contracts which the cash got lower towards the end
nobody wants to give Rick Nash 8.2 million in cash this year
if he got traded at the deadline when there are only a few paychecks left that would be the only time
|

Tampa Center Tyler Johnson signed a 7 year contract for $35 million today. He is 26 years old and posted stats similar to our own Zibanejad this past season. I wonder if this will be a template for a long term contract as we approach arbitration. - TommyGTrain
factor in the state income wage and Zib should want more... I would take that deal in a heart beat though! |

Same could be said for most of the team. do we have many "clutch" players? no. I dont have the stats in front of me, but i would venture to say Zuke hasnt scored many OT goals. they are rare. that is not a good way to measure a player.
I am a bit biased though as Nash is one of my favs. Has he done what we hoped when we traded for him? no. was he bad? no. how many other players have the rangers had that scored 40+ goals in 1 season? do you think we have 1 player on the team now that is capable of scoring 40+ goals this coming year?

I think one of the lasting legacies of this Ranger era from 2014 has been the absolute galling playoff overtime losses
the 3 of them in the finals vs the Kings, the one to Tampa in 2015 ECF and these dreadful losses to Ottawa this past year. It's unbelievable how heartbreaking they all were.
looking back, who you gonna blame? probably the guy who made the most money who was paid to score goals. |

Not a fan of Levin, used to like Lou Dobbs before he got all right wing and stopped calling out both sides.

Every playoff loss in rangers history is 100% Dan Girardi's fault. Now that the corsi anchor is gone, rangers should go 82-0 and 16-0. |

Of course Nash is the easy target since he is paid a lot of money to produce and hasn't. Other problem is nobody else stepped up their game when Nash had the top defenders taking away his ice. |

Is it just me, or does this pic bear a resemblance to Girardi? Maybe not Hayes/Townsend striking, but some similarity.

to be honest with you, I think Nash gets left off the hook more than he is a target
it's gonna be a legacy he leaves though
down the line people are going to think back and say why didn't those Rangers teams win it all one time?
overtime heartbreak is a big reason, we needed a hero |

No doubt since he really hasn't been the threat he should have been.
Wouldn't be opposed to bringing him back on the cheap though.
Hate to say it came down to some bad bounces that Hank couldn't stop coupled with some posts and lack of finish.

hard enough to follow when the threads is just hockey based ...
Now you are playing with fire when politics steps up...
Fake news ...probably done by both parties& there allegiances in media
Trumps new presidential format and S O P ..never seen before
My answer is to throw away the 2 parties and its diabolical system of control
Third party ... the "peoples party" must take shape and throw out all of the poisoned operators with a deadly agenda....
said this during election season ...and has not wavered once ..
Until we end this the 2 parties will destroy our world by trying to build theres.....
Neither group has the peoples" best interests " at heart ....
Enough of the waste of time stuff....
Hockey : Zbad should be signed by wkend .. i see 4 yrs 20 mill 4 -4.5- 5.5- -6-
need cap friendly ..gotta get a top notch center.....or J VR .... big edition still needed ...tons of Depth At D to work with a alot of top prospects GETIR DONE
