When we were in HS was the last time I kept track of what I could bench. My senior year I was close to his size. 17, 6'1 and about 180. I was using 160 to warm up.

I thought Chytil actually looked better but as far as Mittlestadt goes, he's gonna get stronger at the U and be a pretty good NHLer, you can see it in his game
