Well poop. They're both masterpieces of different sorts, though I guess you want something dark. I do prefer No Country though in terms of watchability, and I'm a big Coen brothers fan. I'd watch that, but obviously both are musts. No Country is a lot tighter constructed, whereas Apocalypse is more trippy and rambling and experiential.

I have no idea what movies you have seen or like. But here's a list I randomly put together of literally every sort of movie imaginable on Netflix, trying to avoid more obvious titles. Every movie could not be more different:
