Probably the same reason they are sitting Lindblom. They have been playing a lot of hockey in a short period of time.

Not sure about Amac (unlike others, I feel that when used appropriately (not in OT) he provides value) but I'd rather see Sanheim than Manning.

with back to back games, I wouldnt read to much into who is sitting tonight, now if they sit tomorrow night...

The only one and I HOPE... is AMAC, he played 1 game and was terrible and is sitting tonight, can only hope...

I honestly don't see anyone taking Manning, as every team has 1-2 of him, and he'd have to stay on the roster all season. Maybe Calgary would take him just to piss off McDavid.

Sure, why not? If Sanheim gets off to a bad start and needs some "upper level observation time" AMac can step right in.

The game Tuesday night is on the NHL Network...Anxious to see Claude Giroux playing on the wing...He actually started out as a winger when the Flyers first drafted him back in 2006....

There are b2b games.... Morin (and Lindblom) have been part of every vet practice and played in every game so far, including rookie game. So they will play tomorrow instead of tonight. Sanheim, apart from a one-day assignment to the "AHL/juniors" practice, has also been part of every game and vet practice so far. Sanheim and a vet (maybe Gudas, who has been his partner in recent days) may sit tomorrow.

Really, that's all it means.
