Tell that to Coyotes

First off, their situation is unlike any other in the league. You should also probably do a little history check on their draft positions in the past ten years. One top five pick. Which is exactly why I say the Canucks need top picks. Lots of them.

Caps always seem to suck ass when they come here... they can't handle the west coast road trips at all.... seeing so many good things out of our players even from the old and faded.

I don't forget the 1st season WD had so I understand it's partly a honeymoon thing...

Dorsett is a capable but overpaid 4rth liner.

Let's see if I get called out for that sentence again for over complimenting him.

I'd say 5 goals in 5 games is earning your pay as a 4th liner

Agree with Caps but they have been here for a couple days now. Also Canucks have problems coming back from long Eastern trips. So its a wash for tonight.

Plus shouldn't compare WD who lead with the Sedins and Virbata on stock PP to win games. This team is vastly different and trending in the right direction with the younger players leading the way.

I'd add a key also is vets like Tanev being healthy and playing well to steady the rest of D filling in for the injured.

Tanev has definitely been a big part of the last few wins
