I love to read the hype you guys are trying to build around the kings ransom you expect for Pacioretty.
Prepare to be disappointed.
You are way overvaluing his 1 remaining year at $4.5 left. He is still a rental. One that is known to be terribly streaky and SOFT. Hardly a game breaking talent, which is what you overpay for for a playoff run.
At best, expect a 1st rounder, a mediocre prospect, and mediocre NHL ready player.

Patch will bring a good prospect ( but a single one) a first rounder ( a bad one), that it. my prediction is Kyrou and STL 1st 2018
Plek will bring back a 2nd round, but we will probably give a 5th one back
That's the only 2 things I expect to happen before the deadline...
