That team exec has a weird vocabulary - Not_Yan
All of his sources all share the same sort of silly syntax. He paraphrases and then quotes it. |

BREAKING NEWS!!! No trades are made at the 2018 NHL trade deadline because all selling GMs collectively lost their minds. |

Nash has been just ok in the playoffs , contributed way below his status.
Wouldn’t give up a 1st for him
|

|
Everyone is getting a first at the deadline
Kane = 1st
Patches = 1st
Nash = 1st
Green = 1st
Grabner = 1st
Maroon = 1st
This market is crazy saturated, and I bet two 1st round picks get traded at the most. |

Nash was basically the only true top 3 forward the Rangers had for years. He faced other teams' best line and had very little support. While he's no longer a top 3 forward, he's an outstanding winger to put on a contending teams 2nd or 3rd line. He's a different kind of player and older than Phil Kessel, but the same concept applies: Put him on team where he doesn't have to be the man, and he'll catch fire. Unlike EKane he's a former NHL Captain and a good teammate.

Ek, I’ve been holding on to my seat since 2014 for the dominos to fall but I haven’t seen anything fall yet.
Also, this is your yearly reminder that you lost a bet to me a few years ago and you still didn’t hold your end of the deal. |

Nah, I wish, it was for season tickets. This was easily 5 years ago if not more lol
But if you’re reading this Ek, I’d much rather get a tshirt, hand signed by you, with the mention “(franking) dominos. More to come - Ek” lol
No trolling-actually srs lol |

So, Nash 'isnt' close?
Any teams not preparing to have behind the scenes discussions about possibly not putting together a trade proposal - just so it doesn't get moving? |

Amazing how Tsn posts an article about the asking price for Nash. Not long after, this guy posts this ridiculous conversation. I don’t know why the hell I bother. |

Eklund: Rangers Asking More for Nash than Montreal for Pacioretty or Sabres Kane
Nash is older. A UFA. Has a higher salary. Scores less goals than either Kane or Paciorett.....yuup....Makes complete sense. It's 2018 not 2010. |

Not sure what they would have to give up for him but does anyone else think Slick Rick would fit nicely in Dallas for the playoff push? Thoughts? |
|
|
|
He is may be older, but he is a way better player then Patch or EKane, as a talent, as a 2way and as team player wise. |

Wherever he goes, he won’t have to be the guy. He will be a solid addition and I think will do well. As Rangers fans, we get on him because here he is supposed to be the guy and paid as if...but as we all know, he ain’t the guy. |
