so i had one on a croissant today and i can officially announce that the chicken breakfast sandwich is the only good breakfast sandwich at royal farms.

however, it's really good. so i will be having more in the future since they built a royal farms 10,000 feet from the home i bought last summer as if it was meant to be.

the official go-to meal at royal farms is as follows:
2 chicken breakfast sandwiches
1 of those delicious chocolate milks they sell.

also, breakfast is 24 hours there so you can order this thing whenever you want.

and another thing.

i noticed today that, while they still don't offer real lattes or cappuccinos or anything specialty-coffee-drink like, they do have one of those cappuccino machines that they dump the flavored powder into. you know the ones that look like a box with buttons on the front. and it kind of kills wawa's powdered cappuccino box.

for instance, the reason i noticed it was because it's orange and says "reese's peanut butter" on it. that's right, they have reese's peanut butter flavored cappuccino. upon closer inspection (not too close because i didn't want people to think i drink that stuff) i noticed that there is also a cinnabon flavored cappuccino.

honestly, they don't sound like too too terrible of a way to die.

it's cream-o-land chocolate milk (not that i stumbled with the #NewLifestyle and got one that i'm currently sipping or any scenario even close to that).

and the strangeness of the prices has changed yet stayed the same. they've dropped the prices 1 cent on both sizes, but it's still backwards.

a pint is now $1.49 and a quart is now $1.39

why did cocaine prices never work that way?

also, breakfast sandwiches are currently 2/$4, which is quite a deal. but remember - choose carefully.

hi, guys.

so i finally got around to trying the "world famous chicken"

you know it actually is good. i don't know for sure if it's "the best fast food chicken in america", as some snooty magazine apparently said, but it was good.

definitely not as greasy or "wet" as kfc is sometimes where the skin slides off and it's all mushy and poop. there was none of that here. https://rise-of-olympus.com/

now admittedly i wolfed it right down and i probably should have taken more time. but i know it was crispy on the outside and it was maybe slightly saltier than kfc.

it's good chicken.

Yo, sounds like you had a solid first taste! I hear ya on the KFC comparison — that mushy skin is a buzzkill. If it's crispy and a bit saltier, I'm all in for that! Sometimes, you just gotta wolf it down; no shame in that! 🐔🔥 Might have to give it a shot myself now.
