Not trollin’ but sick-cool talk.
Myers - on pace for 2nd most points in his career. Healthy and playing well.
Armia- very good on PK, pts increasing for 3rd year in row. Responsible player, can play on any line.
Roslovic- was called up for injuries and on 2nd line. Real deal
Lemieux- played good mins when called up and dominating in AHL. Has a 50/50 chance of graduating to NHL which for a 2nd rd draft pick is good.
So I will stop trolling but thought I’d respond. Have to say that Buffalo fans are the most involved in this site and definitely deserve a better product on the ice. Give Botterill a chance he’s from Winnipeg LOL - jjonah
Everyone came in here from Winnipeg and said what a complete piece of poop Kane was. That he was a locker room cancer . That he makes teams worse. That winnipeg won the trade hands down.
They were right |

I asked this last night and I'm being serious....if Evander Kane does well (goal wise in SJ)....when looking back at worst trades in the NHL...is Buffalo on their twice for their transactions for Kane?
Hate to say it, I think yes.
Kane netted us poop, Bogo is never healthy, and Kasdorf.....well he's somewhere and I have no idea where that is.
|
|
|
|
Why would that happen? - Wetbandit1
The only thing he has going for him on that front is. If you are 50 it is much harder to START working out than it is to continue. He is young and will learn. Not everything he says is wrong |

I really hope the Weissbach (7th rounder) pick works out.
it's his freshman year and he's scoring close to the same rate as 1st round pick trent frederic playing in his sophomore year.
Bryson looks decent too. - Sabresfan-365
Pretty good freshman year
I don’t get too excited over college stats in general though
They aren’t a very good predictor of future success/failure
We will be able to get a better idea as he progresses over the next couple years though |

I like Kane as a player
And O’reilly
We’d all see the trades in a better light if GMTM had succeeded & we were a playoff team right now
He tried to do what the Leafs did
But he totally Fd up the defense,
which just crushed us as a team |

If Kane turns into a star, it could be the 2 worst trades.
Problem is, jbotts took what he could get. I'm not sure anyone really wanted ek9.
I'm not blaming jbotts on this one, he had to take the best or only offer. Imagine if Kane walked for free at the end of the year.
Kane didn't do himself any favors. The 2 goals in 23 games hurt his value |

There is a huge variance in college hockey. Where does Weissbach play? Is it in one of the better conferences? Hell he isn’t that far behind Casey points wise |

If we miss out on a top 4 or 5 guy this draft, jbotts needs to be criticized.

My point is if he loves something why he wake up one day and hate it? Is he going to wake up one day and hate hockey? I mean unless you're Broads and Kane kicked your dog you might, but other than that... |

How does that explain O’Reilly being god awful the first 7-10 games when he had “gas in the tank”?
Don’t get me wrong, we need better depth, and it’s a reason we suck. I just think an equal reason for the suckiness is a heavy case of players just not being as good as their reputations - sbroads24
Isn't this similar to Toronto before the trio of Matthews, Marner, and Nylander arrived last year? |

Honestly who the hell else does he recall. Baptiste is already here and cj and bailey are injured. Nylander has blown biscuits. Thin pickings. |
