Additionally this is where I find hope as well, though I think Nylander may need another year in Roch, looks like he's putting things together there.

Really like the JBotts is focusing on making Rochester successful. Create an environment where these guys have to win their way out, that mentality will carry over to the NHL team.

Aside from a few bad trades, I think THAT was GMTM's biggest failure. Roch was consistently terrible.

I think Bailey, Baptiste, and Fasching may be lost causes because of it. Baptiste is looking like a possible bottom six guy but the other two MUCH more so Fasching have done nothing to merit consideration for the NHL.

Although he's playing well the last handful of games, he needs to prove more. Leave him there so we aren't yo yo ing young guys.

Make him earn his way off the roster. When looking at the whole season, it's not good enough.

With Griffith gone from Roch, maybe Nylander steps up in minutes and production. He hasn't earned it yet though.

I bet that's how Botts sees it as well.

You should be careful what you say, I lost my mom from 3 different Cancers at the same time in September and I watched all the pain and suffering she went through and the rest of my family had to deal with, all the Chemo treatment, all the meds, all the hell it puts you through. You got a lot to learn kid, life isn't the gym and sun tanning. Wake the hell up

It takes a mentally strong person to be a goalie. Even if you aren’t the reason for the loss you are the easiest one to blame. Always the easiest to point the finger at. There is a reason way so many goalies are eccentric
