I eat healthier than you know about 4-5 days a week. I just don't brag about it. And I definitely don't consume kale.

I do a loose paleo diet Sunday-Thursday. Still consume healthy dairy on occasion bc IDGAF. But lean meats maybe 3-4 days, a steak or something 1-2 days. It's not a rabbit food diet like yours is, but it works.

Guhle and Ullmark, I believe, and definitely Ullmark, will be the only two here for sure. Smith, Baptiste Mittelstadt with an outside shot.

Why will Rochester blow? We don't have an immediate replacement for Ullmark unfortunately. Not sure how JJ will perform in his 1st year in Rochester. Not sure how long UPL's SHL contract is.

I love eggs I usually do half and half egg beaters and regular eggs ..

I usually try to make my own syrup with berries strawberries cooking on the stove until it's kind of thick and then put in the fridge for the next day

I tried avocados eggs made into an omelet with vegetables it was actually pretty good but the avocado was definitely not ripe at the time
