Last week when the Isles were in town, Halford and Brough must have spent like only 20 minutes talking Canucks over their entire show. you could just tell they didn't care and needed a day away from it.

And it was pretty good considering they packed the show with Caps, Jays and NFL

It's actually more difficult to win these days.

I do admire the optimism though.

Those are my big questions as I ponder the upcoming game. Lots on the line for the Kings, who were embarrassed in their last game.

Sure, but luck doesn't make up for everything else that you can control to improve your team. Like the cap, contracts, amateur scouting, pro scouting, working the market, trades, etc. (frank) that up too much and you're Buffalo.
