Yeah, I have a friend who sold his Toyota truck for a couple thousand more then he paid after owning it for four years. It happens, but not often. Perhaps now that Baertschi is an established player he is worth a second still...?

We currently have, Sven, Goldobin, Leipsic, Erickson Motte etc. That can play the left side.
Why woild we go sign another one and then have to expose a player through waivers.
A player like Perron
Lets just hold onto the cap space, so we can not have to worry about Luongo eetirement and maybe we get a nice deal for a cap dump.

There's no one to step in on defence except Juolevi, however at forward there's a bunch of kids in waiting.

There is not much out there in free agency and the price will be crazy. Canucks mostly keep drafting and develop. Short term contracts .
