Small sample size but encouraging. Hopefully he and Mceneny can push vets at camp.

That would be awesome.
I have been pulling for McEneny Sautner and Brisebois to eventually make the club.

Him and Biega have been good for each other . It opens up a lot of options.

Ya. Could make for some really interesting off-season.
Not going to get too optimistic during these final few games, but it sure os nice to see a bit of depth at that position.
With Biega, you know what you are getting, it is some of these guys in minors that have paid their dues like McEneny and Sautner, that the critics never considered as players that can eventually move in to the lineup, even if only as stopgaps.

Yeah pretty much . I don't think they are long term guys but they are reliable short term. He plays position well and makes smart moves.

Thanks Carol! Tremendous performance by Smoak and the Jays today we need a miracle from the Habs today. They are a disgrace with how bad they are tanking but hopefully they have one win left!

Hockey here bro. Jays don’t rate.
Habs have sucked for ages once their one trick pony gets hurt or plays so so.

Funny Jays story: friend of mine is a jersey and hat wearing fan, all year long. He’s out for brunch this weekend and sporting his Donaldson kit. Guys coming up to him saying sorry they have been eliminated from post season, sorry about the season ending injury, yadda yadda. The hate he gets from total strangers was unusually high. I would never chirp a stranger, especially as a Canuck fan

Speaking of the Sedins

They are 50 point guys with fewer minutes. Any team would love that so they stay and I say they have 2 more years in them. Next year they can be scratched on back to back games and they look great with Virtanen’s speed on that line. Jake should come in next year faster and ready to be a true power forward but, the fastest power forward in the league. That will help the Sedins both hit 50 plus points next year.

Still great players and even if they were 4th line players they may still help this team win a cup.

You can have two young 30 point guys who aren't -20 players and they'd be just as effective. They don't need them anymore.
