Caught the 3rd period only, very impressive performance by the Sedin's.
Nice job from the crowd and good compete level from the kids.
A nice send off for 2 of the classiest players I have ever seen in professional sports.

Yup, the tiebreaker has VAN ahead of them in the standings. Range now sits at 4th to 6th best odds
Detroit has a good chance against NYI to pick up a point and pass VAN and cant ever count Montreal out against the Leafs - WhiteLie
I am content with the range we will be drawing in from. At this point, any player the Canucks select is going to be a good player. |

he has driven wide on the outside on defenders and driven the net consistently the last few games. I am not sure if it's a confidence thing with Jake, but if he continues to play like this, the points will come. |

Lefty passed out before the game even started. He's probably vomiting outside of a McDonalds right now. |

one of the fastest we have seen in many years, plus one of the fastest prospect in ages, and certainly the fastest power forward we've had as a prospect!
Gadovich is secondary prospect to JV and Lind.
loving Archibald filling DD void so far...hopefully he will fill that role soon |

He is also starting to actually pass the puck as well, much less “hot potato” out there.
Was a great game to watch. I wonder what it would take to have a crowd that was actually into the game on a nightly basis instead of the usual crypt environment. |

I think its reflective of the division of the fanbase. It becomes hard to cheer when you want the team to lose, but the past 2 home games the fans united and really wanted to see them win, they didnt need too many prompts to get loud
I did like the post-game comment that Daniel made about the fans should be cheering like this for the guys next season, it was a classy deflection but also a really good point |

they have always been class acts, I also loved that comment from him as well.
Henrik also said post game, in the media scrum, that he hopes that the fanbase adopts the Viking clap for future games. |

So happy for two of the best human beings who happen to be pretty good hockey players as well, all of the CDN team favorites never got that moment eg. Sundin and Iginla, etc but glad Hank and Danny got theirs. |

I thought the viking thing was a liiiiiittle hokey because of how many sports teams have adopted it, but if it catches on I'd be happy that the legacy of it started from last night. Anything that gets the fans engaged in the game is fine by me |

I have always loved the white towels. White Towels with empty seats though looks a bit silly. I understand the Minnesota Vikings using the clap, and Swedish teams using it, but definitely wouldn't mind the Canucks using it. Nice change. |

The garage, or the Rog, or whatever you want to call it has never been one of the “loud” buildings to play in. Yes, winning helps, but fan culture in Vancouver needs a shot in the arm. Maybe they could create a celebrate a player theme, where everyone gets into it every time “tonight’s player” touches the puck, or ISBN on the ice |

Definitely, agree 100%. I was at an Islanders game in Brooklyn last year at it was a ton of fun, blows away the Rogers Arena experience. The promotional team is just awful and the in-house experience suffers because of it
Didnt they kick out the Southsiders for chanting/being too loud once? Basically says it all |
