Congrats on a great career to the Sedins. Two of the best play makers to ever play the game! All the best in retirement. |

I think every retired Hart Trophy winner is in the HHOF except Jose Theodore, Henrik will get in, he has a few personal accomplishments as well as a game seven Cup final. - LeftCoaster
The identical twins thing was quite a novelty when they were drafted and will be again after they've been out of the public eye for a bit. That will help them get in. Also, the aspect that no two brothers have ever both scored over a 1,000 points each gives them some added notoriety.
So I do believe they're deserving and it won't be difficult for them to get in. I just think a lot of the media attention they're getting right now is not consistent with how they've been portrayed over their careers and the hoopla may be short-lived. We'll see if some of these 'hockey analysts' and 'insiders' still have as much enthusiasm for them when their names come up for HHOF consideration. |

oh
Chiarelli was hired by the Bruins in May of 2006, but interim GM Jeff Gorton (who replaced Mike O’Connell in March during the 2005-06 season), was still technically the Bruins' GM at the 2006 NHL draft under an NHL-imposed clause that made Chiarelli finish his term as the Senators' assistant GM and not be allowed to make personnel moves for Boston until he officially became the Bruins' GM on July 8, 2006.

I certainly hope so. I was a little taken back by how the league and commentators embraced the #ThanksSedin thing, but so far everyone has called them HOFer's, so it appears to be a lock they will get in. I'd almost say 1st ballot given the size of support/respect |

One draft spot and another 2% chance or whatever it is at first. Whoopie. Just hope for some lotto luck. |

one spot is pretty significant as it determines draft order in later rounds too though. |

but in looking at the remaining schedule for Montreal, Detroit, Arizona the Canucks stand a decent chance to slip IMO. Ottawa will likely lose the last 2, so best we can hope for is 29th, cant finish higher than 26th |

Anyone here remember the scores of Linden and Naslund’s last games?
I doubt it.
I hope they lose in regulation with Daniel scoring a goal.
That being said, I think they get at least 2 points in these last 2 games, wouldn’t be shocked if they got 3 or even win both. |

No way this team goes 6-0-1 to close out the season, Codes lacks faith |

Don’t blame codes. Last year many others were making a big deal of later round picks.
Aka its the number not the name picked syndrome. Nerdalytics vs Scouting |
