Josh Rosen may end up eventually bringing more to the table from an NFL processing and football IQ standpoint than New York Giants franchise quarterback Eli Manning
when all is said and done, at least according to one NFL scout who spoke with The Daily News.
“I don’t view Eli on the same intelligence level as Rosen,” one NFL scout told the Daily News. “I once heard they used to tape episodes of Seinfeld for Eli, while Peyton used to ask for advanced film on teams or background of GMs in NFL. I think (Eli and Rosen) are about the same athlete. Rosen throws a prettier ball and has a better arm.”

Big deal. Eli's got the intelligence of a potato. I'd hope Rosen is smarter.

My order
Trade up - Darnold or Rosen
Stand pat at 12- Jackson
Stand pat at 22 - Rudolph
And I don’t mean draft both at 12, 22. I mean that’s where I’d take each. - sbroads24
I would if it was those 2. The chances both are bad are pretty long. And then at least you might have a WR. |

You haven't been paying attention then. The first thing they always say is they question if he really loves the game or not. - Wetbandit1
Probably the dumbest thing he sacrifices his body every week but yes he hates football

LOLOLOLOL. I waste enough time on this site. Can’t imagine what it’s like seeking out and reporting comments from another one. That’s friggin impressive. Think it’s time for Sabrehagen to get out of his mom’s basement.

Ouch, If only . Too old for that. Just was bored last night and I read HFBoards from time to time because on the main trade page they usually stick to hockey (unlike here) and have good info on there. I spend about equal time on both which when added up is not really a long time as you can tell by the number of my posts. Last night I went on the Sabres' page to check for any signing and saw that Post and started reading. It was like a bus crash, you want to look away but you just have to keep looking to see how bad it really is. |

St Louis for ror would be interesting.
If he wins the lady byng, does that help his value?
Do gms care? |

it cuts both ways. The ability to play that many minutes and take that few minor penalties is genuinely impressive up to a point. But when it's that extreme, you wonder if it isn't cause he's not really "in there" as much as he should be.
You figure semi aggressive play, even from a smart player, over an 82 game season would result in a few more minor penalties. |

I doubt it. Also, I think in some ways he is a lot like the guy they just traded away (Statsny). Similar contract and lack of speed. |

Id say the three most likely destinations are canadian teams
MTL
CGY
VAN
All 3 can afford him, could use him, have the assets. |

This.
I couldn't care less about a Lady Byng-type. I'll take the Selke-types, Masterson-types any day over a Lady Byng-type. |

it's a really odd award for the NHL. I can understand what they may have intended, but it basically became the softie award. It needs to change or go. |

The Plus is MTL & VAN can get you a top 10 pick possibly top 5 with MTL. Also, I have noticed on more than one site scouts have said Brady Tkachuk will be better then both his Father and his Brother. I wouldn't take him 1-3 but I probably would at 4. |

If you could gaurentee he was gonna be better then Kieth then you take that at #2 all day. I tend not to say prospects are gonna be that good unless they are the no doubters like Crosby, Dahlin and mcdavid.

Well said.
I imagine in playoff hockey, you would need a few more borderline plays? A little extra grit and push?
Not sure if hes capable? Or if we would want him too? |

Yeah I mean. You gotta be some special kind of passive to get less than 10 PIMs in a full season. Even Sandy Crisby gets a butt-load of penalties.
