It's my fav cheese for grilled cheese and burgers. I feel like a lot of other cheeses get lost on a burger. No other cheese melts like it. Probably because it's plastic. |

You have to pair it with the right thing. Swiss goes with Corn Beef. Don't love it on a burger personally.
