You have to pair it with the right thing. Swiss goes with Corn Beef. Don't love it on a burger personally. - Pete V
Rueben... Try putting another cheese on that. |

All you cheese fuccboii's prepare to have your lives changed (mainly you mdw because I know you have a smoker, or at least I'm pretty confident you do)
Get wheel of brie, some sort of fruit preserves (apricot is good, peach, etc...), and some Herbs de Provence (spice aisle). Unwrap the brie, put it on foil and roll up the edges to tight to the sides of the brie, to make a sort-of foil bowl around it. Smear the top of it with a healthy coating of the preserves and sprinkle the herbs de provence on top of that. Depending on what kind of smoker you have/how hot it cooks, pick your favorite wood and smoke that poop until the top starts to look melty/gelatin-y. Grab some crackers or whatever the hell you want. You're welcome. |

Yeah I'm half-joking. On some things I don't mind it at all. But standing alone I think it's gross. |

Love the Rueben, but also like Corn Beef with swiss, cole slaw and Russian dressing sandwich almost as much. Slaw or kraut? Tough one for me. Depends on the mood.

I'm not a cheese and crackers kind of guy. If I'm putting cheese on something, it better have been alive at sometime before getting on my plate. |

I do it in my Pit-Barrel, which isn't really a full-on smoker and probably burns a bit hotter...so it might take longer in an actual smoker. But it's totally worth it, it's so (frank)ing good. |
