I think its about appeasing all the people the were upset with the injury, if he spun off that hit and went to the bench he would have not been suspended. ONLY because he is hurt was it reviewed and was he suspended, thats it

I'm kind of torn on the hit being clean. I agree if no injury he wouldn't have been suspended and this is likely based on reputation.
