I saw Pacioretty and 3 alone for ROR. All I know is twitter is hot right now about Buffalo and Habs talks. Regardless of ROR deal the Sabres appear to be gunning for Patches.

Statistically, based on age, Pacioretty's best days are behind him

I don't want to pay a 30-year-old Pacioretty a Kane (7x7) contract

I'd much rather keep Pacioretty out of any deal. What's the price for 3OA? I'll pay that, but I have no interest in a winger whose best days are almost assuredly behind him. I can find a younger, cost-controlled winger to play with Jack at a fraction of that trade price

I've listened to hamilton a lot, though not today. I usually find him very balanced in his comments. He just scorches him every time. I find it really hard to give risto the benefit of the doubt.

I don't understand how ROR and Reinhart are worth less than Pacioretty and a maybe prospect at 3oa? we would be giving up 2 established players for a 30yo winger and an I hope he turns out to be good prospect, which we have seen how that has turned out in the past.

Average skating in an age where most prospects coming up are terrific skaters all around is still better than RoR and Reinhardt.
