I don't give that show any weight. It's Pegula funded. It's no coincidence that they like everyone and criticize nothing.
Most of what he says about Risto you can see on the ice. - Lunaion
Craig Rivet criticize's plenty of players when it is justified. He played plenty of games in the league and I trust he knows of what he speaks. |

Garth is on twitter showing every ballot where RoR made the finalists and is using is as reasons we should not be considering trading him.
If this is not the biggest indication that RoR will be moved I’m not sure what is |

The only bigger indicator would be Ek saying that his sources say that he won't be moved

RoR will be slowing down too, patches is a better leader and he plays the wing. Sounds like a wash to me - Shadman306
We're not talking about signing ROR for 7 years at age 30 tho |

If he has to be part of the trade then we move him at the deadline |

I don't listen to them very often. They've never impressed me. Hamilton is a lot easier to listen to, since it's usually in a nice convenient 5 minute audio clip.

If we're trading ROR and Reinhart for 3OA and Pacioretty, then I want to throw in Okposo too. We can't afford to pay both Patches and Okposo until they're both over 35. I still don't get why we're throwing in Reinhart at all though.
I'd much rather pay ROR plus whatever pick to get 3OA and then pay Detroit for Athanasiou. Old patches on his next deal does nothing for me |

Fair point. I wouldn’t be a fan of a 7x7 but I don’t think patches is close to played out.
And if we get 3OA I think he can be an extremely productive second line winger, and those minutes should help him keep going a little longer |

Simple: don't pay both of them until they are 35. No way that Okposo goes in that deal. |

I agree with this mostly. But if it takes bringing in patches to get the player Zadina appears to be I would think that’s probably worth it. We don’t necessarily have to give him 7x7 |

I'd rather pare down the deal to 3OA only. I have no interest in figuring out what/how much Pacioretty wants for his next deal. What's 3OA cost? |

The only thing the Habs have that are of use to the Sabres is the 3OA.
We don't need a 30 yo winger...I don't care how good he is. In 3 years Eichel will be 24, Risto will be 26, Reinhart will be 25, Mitts will be 22, Dahlin will be 21, Zadina will be 21......Patches would be 33. |

Yea I agree getting just the 3OA would be ideal. But if that price is too much, and it’s much more reasonable to bring patches in too, I’ll let Botterill figure out the cap and really enjoy watching a line with patches and mitts |

That’s not bad though. Veteran presence |

Veteran presence is definitely important. But it can be achieved for WAY less money than Patches is gonna demand. |

If he has to be involved in the deal, then Reinhart definitely doesn't have to be. If they want Pacioretty as part of it, I'd give em ROR, Nylander and 32 for 3OA and Patches. If they want Reinhart, then that's a totally different deal imo |

ROR and San Jose’s 1st for Patches and 3OA
I’m not sending Reinhart and ROR for Patches and O’Reilly
Only other roster player I would put in the deal with Patches coming back is Okposo
Okposo ROR for 3OA and Patches.
I like Patches. He still has a lot left in the tank and has never played with a guy like Eichel.

This is getting a little ridiculous, trading Reinhart now. People are to desperate to move ROR. |

I like that a lot more than ROR and Reinhart. Can't give up a 22 year old cost-controlled goal scorer for a 30 year-old expiring contract |

I like this better. I would much rather keep Reinhart
Zadina eichel Reinhart
Patches mitts okposo
Doesn’t sound all that bad if okposo can return to form. |

Some of you are dreaming if you think we can sub okposo for someone of value to get 3. It's going to cost us. |

I’m expecting a bounce back year for Okposo. At least 50 points.
I’m not expecting him to be moved unless Botterill can convince Bergevin that getting Okposo will help him land Tavares... |
