During a 3 team trade. Do you have to comply with the salary cap if you are moving a player on?

Say if Vegas trades for Karlsson and takes on Bobby Ryan and then Vegas trades Bobby Ryan to someone else.

Will the trade be allowed even if Ryan is moving on? Vegas only has 8.8 in cap space.

They're allowed to be 10% over the cap until midnight EST the day of the season opening.
