TG is going to treat him as EP. Every player is different & gets treated accordingly. Any player prepared & ready plays & vice versa. Brock wasn’t fully prepared & why he sat. - Nighthawk
It took one use from my sister in law and she broke the tower shower thermostat knob. Twisted it so far the wrong way to shut it off, now only goes half way.
I even gave her a 10 minutes lesson on which knob did what. - manvanfan
If you need to give a 10 minute tutorial on how to turn on a shower then it deserves to be broken
Hopefully he tells Babcock to suck it and goes the same route as Tavares.
Would love to see Toronto implode. - Makita
The hate is strong with this one
The negotiations with Matthews' camp have been going for a while and don't seem to be generating much news (or alarm). The extension for Marner seems more problematic and urgent.
...and...back in CanuckLand...can't wait for preseason to kick off! I'm really looking forward to seeing how everything shakes out with the rookies & the players on the bubble (including Gaudette, Ollie and EP!)

I’m luvin Gaudette. I think the kid plays a smart 200’ game already. No probs waiting for the points to come.
OJ will fit in fine once someone is injured or moved.
EP i have no concerns about. He will be just fine. Its something about Swedes that are ready for the NHL. They adjust well.

I agree on all three...though the waiver situation suggests that both Olli and Gaudette are more likely to start the season in Utica, while EP seems much more certain to be on the roster immediately.
If nothing else i want to see more mental toughness out of team as a whole. Bo & Brock & Tanev & Sutter lead the way but some others gotta ramp it up. JV & Goldy & Hutton come to mind & gotta step it up & be more prominent & consistent. Character is tested in the face of adversity & leaders are born if they refuse to be followers.

On Bo as our Captain. Do 3 A’s til the leadership group formulates now that the Sedin’s are gone. Once its developed make Bo the C then whether during the season or next idc. Spare him the pressers til we get this well on the rails again
If Tryamkin returns it could be a banging & shutdown pair & PK duties with EG. Give Tanev a bit of a break & keep him healthier. Leaves top 4D being better at scoring.
I can see the Tanev duo being good.
Was thinking more along the lines of balance say OJ/Tanev & Hughes/EG - Nighthawk
My preference would be
Tanev / Hughes
Tryamkin / Olli
EG / [Edler...extended]
...one of Stecher, MDZ, Hutton, Biega as the 7th. Oddly, I prefer Biega as the 7th as I respect his commitment & effort when he plays. He also can sub in for a forward.
The only time that EG has looked "good" (yeah, expecting grief for even saying that) is when he played with Edler.
Of course...someone will be out for an extended period with injuries, so there will be opportunities for other players.

Not bad but OJ on his offside not for me.
MDZ’s contract will expire & he’s gone.
