I think it just shows how much work Hextall had to do based on what he inherited and that also includes all the work he needed to do to fix the prospect pool. this is why I am able to be patient

Agreed. Hexy has been working smart. Not just making moves to make moves. Since his take over he has stayed under the radar with his moves (other then JVR) and built a very deep prospect pool without tanking. He did get lucky with Patrick lottery win but still has been a solid GM. I'm giving him more time on this rebuild. Looks like he wont need much more though.

Hägg is an NHLer. He’s here to stay. Sanheim on the other hand I think makes the team but looks like a kid who might need nights off. I think Myers plays above Sanheim no matter what. Someone suggested alternating between Sanheim and Hägg. Sounds possible. I do believe the best players will play. If and when Morin can plays, we could see Gudas gone in favor of Morin by the next offseason.

it more bothers me at the thought that someone maybe gave their opinion on a prospect, maybe they were high on that prospect, and it didn't turn out how they thought it would or hoped. so this clown is going to rub it in that person's face now?

I don't really get a chance to see most prospects playing besides maybe preseason. So all I know is what I read. I appreciate the input from people here that have more exposure to these players than I do, obviously.

The team is starting to get good. Going to lose a good player in the draft. Maybe send a pick so they take JVR. Would hate to lose any D or the good young players pushing every year. We aren't too far away from Hexy having to trade good players for picks so he doesn't start losing them.
