Blowing a game every once in a while isn't bad. Sure it may frustrate us the night of and the day after, but when it's every four games or so, that is a problem. Not the worst problem this team has, since the Pittsburgh game Talbot has been pretty good, but still a problem.

The second point is interesting and I think a fair point. Back at the start of the 2013-14 season, there was an adjustment to I believe the pads of the goaltenders and Dubnyk struggled mightily. Granted he was much worse than how Talbot is playing right now and I'm not advocating that we should trade Talbot. I just wish he'd cut down on the bad games.

Here's point number three. He has a started 3 out of the 4 seasons poorly. Do I think he'll have a save percentage under 91.0 at the end of the season? Absolutely not, my guess is it'll be around 91.4%. But the phrase goes "You can't make the playoffs in October, but you can certainly miss them." Again and I want to reiterate this, I just wish he'd cut down on the bad games.
