I can understand an Uber driver using a dash cam, to protect themselves, there's crazy people out there, but you need to take responsibility for your actions.

The real bias comes from those that want desperately to see the good because they are so emotiobally invested in the team. That is why they have continually justified every move that this administration has made in the present.

Those same emotionally biased fanatics then will acknowledge the past mistakes (reversing course) while again justifying everything in the present.

Lawsuit? Come on. That's ridiculous.
Firstly, it's not a slam dunk that there is an expectation of privacy in an uber. Like a cab/taxi, it could be argued that you're in public and therefore there is no expectaton of privacy.
Secondly, to quantify the damages in this situation would be almost impossible.
Thirdly, I'm not sure the driver made any money by throwing it on twitter. Even if he did sell it to tmz or whomever, point 1 rules this situation.

Put another way, act like an idiot in public, somebody will film you. If you're a celebrity (however minor) expect said video to go viral. Uber is like a taxi is like a bus. It is not your living room. There is not nor should there be an expectation of privacy.
