You should treat the wound with lots of single malt.

Hey if we got Panarin who seems to want to live in a nice city which Vancouver can obviously offer are we a top 6 team in the west? Defence is obviously brutal but Sven Bo Panarin EP and Brock make a pretty solid group of guys in the top 6.

Flagged for non hockey related content. You needed to preface this post with hockey related content first. Making mention again of the stitches you received from hockey would have been enough.

Not a chance? Maybe for 28 year old Jakob Silverberg.

All he needs is 14g or 33 points to technically be a 2nd liner.

He has 12g and 22 points in 55 games this season

I don't think it's a strech to say he should be able to score 2 goals and 8 assists in the next 27 games.

Not a big if but more of a when, that's he'll be a legitimate 2nd liner.

Players at the bottom end of 3rd liners are bad, no? Productively wise.
- Pres.cup

Well you went by results which is far but I also went by PPG because players didn't play all the games.

Points wise--- PPG min 20 played
1.108-72--- 1.32-.96 (108-79) Kucherov, Stamkos /Petterson
2. 71-61 ---.95- .78 (78-64) Point /Boeser
3. 61-51 --- .78- .68 (64-56) Gourde, Namestikov /Horvat

4. 51-46 ---.68- .60 (56-49) Palat, Johnson
5. 46-38 --- .60 - .53 (49-43) Killorn /Baertschi
6. 38- 33 --- .53 - .47 (43-39) /Goldobin, Leivo

For reference to the highest scoring team in the league last season Tampa Bay and the Canucks this season compared to last season stats.

Too tired to put the 3rd liners.

Bolded all Canucks prospects. I also found it interesting that when Cull was interviewed last week he had mentioned that the Canucks have been looking into and wanting LeBlanc.

When I was a young boy, I became a Canucks fan, although my favourite player was Bobby Orr, my favourite Canuck ever was Andre Boudrias.
If only this team had a player with the same skill sets that Boudrias offered, this team would be much closer to having a legitimate top 6.
But, unfortunately, they don't have a player of that quality to enhance this roster, so when they do there shall be no ifs, ands or buts that this team will be ready to compete.

So... you don't think it's possible or probable for Jake to get 2 more goals? In 37 games?

What part of what i'm saying are you disagreeing with?

Why are you circling back to Gaunce? I don't get the obsession?

Is virtanen capable of scoring 18 goals and 26 assists in a season?

Maybe not this year but I bet he will at some point in his career.
