I actually had to google retired numbers for the Whale, cause I couldnt believe they had any.
Glen Wesley... lol.. a guy more famous for missing a net than scoring any goal. - 77emac77
He played the most games in franchise history, but yeah, Wesley probably shouldn't be up there. Dude spent his entire career as just being a solid player.
But come on, we all know it has nothing to do with honouring the past, even Dundon when he started talking about it was always on the "It's just a great look" wagon. |

Like nifty, great player, but not rafter worthy, in my humble opinion... |

Oh for sure. It was weird. 10 and 17 should be the only numbers up there right now.
Maybe 12 after he retires. MAYBE. |

Eric Staal.
Ron Francis. Rod Brind'amour. Eric Staal (maybe).
They've unofficially retired 3 (for Steve Chiasson who died in a car accident) and 63 for Josef Vasicek (who died in the Lokomotiv plane crash) |

I think he should be there... he was forced into retirement when he was 31 (I think) by a puck to the head in a game warm up. Still had 5-7 more productive years left. Marshy just tied him for fanchise record on shorties.
The guy was slick to watch. |

34 but I'm so back and forth on him Maybe I just don't like the idea of no more 16's for the Bruins. I wore it in high school and I thinks it's just a cool number |
